DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Door to Door service offered by the Store.
  2. The Door to Door service involves delivering the order directly to the address specified by the customer.
  3. Placing an order with the Door to Door option is tantamount to accepting these Terms and Conditions.

§2. DELIVERY AREA AND TIME

  1. The Door to Door service is available within a radius of up to 30 km from the Store’s location.
  2. Standard delivery takes place within 1-3 business days from the moment the order is accepted for processing.
  3. Express delivery is available on the same day for orders placed before 4 p.m.
  4. The Store reserves the right to extend the delivery time in the event of circumstances beyond the Store’s control.

§3. DELIVERY COSTS

  1. Delivery costs depend on the distance between the Store’s location and the delivery address, as well as the selected delivery method:

    20-30 km 44,99 zł 64,98 zł for orders ≥ PLN 1,500
  2. The express delivery fee includes an additional charge of PLN 19.99 on top of the standard delivery price.
  3. Free shipping is available for orders with a value of:
    • at least PLN 500 for deliveries within a distance of up to 10 km
    • at least PLN 1,500 for deliveries within a distance of 10-30 km

§4. PLACING ORDERS

  1. Door-to-Door orders can be placed:
    • via the Store’s website
    • by telephone
    • in person at the Store’s headquarters
  2. When placing an order, the Customer is required to provide the exact delivery address, including the postal code and a current contact telephone number.
  3. The store reserves the right to verify the delivery address for compliance with the service coverage area.

§5. DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is carried out by Store employees or authorized couriers.
  2. Before delivery, a Store employee will contact the Customer to confirm availability at the specified address.
  3. In the event of the Customer’s absence at the specified address:
    • a Store employee will attempt to contact you by phone
    • If we are unable to contact you, your order will be returned to the Store.
    • The customer may set a new delivery date, which will result in a new delivery charge being calculated.
  4. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the delivery person.

§6. PAYMENTS

  1. Payment for orders with the Door to Door option can be made:
    • online (bank transfer, BLIK, payment card)
    • cash or card upon delivery
  2. In the case of cash on delivery payments, the Customer receives a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.

§7. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints regarding the Door to Door service must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Complaints can be submitted:
    • in writing to the Store’s address
    • by email to the Store’s email address
    • by telephone
  3. The complaint should include the customer’s details, order number, and a description of the problem.
  4. The store will consider complaints within 14 days of receiving the notification.

§8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Store.
  2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Door to Door service.
  3. The customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing.

§9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. The Store reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall come into force on the date of their publication on the Store’s website.
  3. Any disputes arising from the provision of the Door to Door service shall be settled amicably, and in the event of disagreement, by the competent common court.
