Terms and conditions of sale for OUTLET products
1. Definition of OUTLET products
Products marked as OUTLET are fully functional goods, but may have features that distinguish them from standard products, such as:
– lack of additional elements (e.g., suction cups, connectors, accessories),
– shortened shelf life (e.g., food, preparations), – signs of previous testing or use,
– damaged, replacement or opened packaging,
– technically functional devices that have been tested before sale.
2. Technical condition and completeness
Each OUTLET product is described in a manner that indicates its actual condition and any defects.
The buyer is aware that the product may differ from the standard version of new goods available in regular sale.
3. Warranty and liability
The seller provides a 3-month warranty on OUTLET products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers only the performance of the device or product in accordance with its intended use.
The warranty does not cover missing parts that the customer was informed about prior to purchase.
4. Returns and complaints
OUTLET products cannot be returned under the terms of withdrawal from the contract (applies to distance purchases), except in situations where the seller has failed to fulfill their obligation to provide accurate information about the condition of the product.
Complaints resulting from hidden defects or product malfunctions will be considered in accordance with applicable law and these terms and conditions.
5. Price
OUTLET products are offered at reduced prices compared to the standard offer.
The price reduction takes into account any defects or reduced shelf life.
