§2. Right to withdraw from the contract (returns)
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, e-mail) to the Seller’s address.
3. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
4. The refund will be made by the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
5. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

§3. Complaints (goods not in accordance with the contract)
1. The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints may be submitted in writing, electronically, or by telephone using the Seller’s contact details.
3. The complaint should include: the Consumer’s first and last name, contact details (address, email, or phone number), a description of the defect in the goods and the date it was discovered, and the Consumer’s request (e.g., replacement, repair, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).
4. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt a6> its receipt and inform the Consumer about further proceedings.
§4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The Consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract, inter alia, in relation to contracts:
1. for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the Consumer’s express consent,
2. where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs,
3. where the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life.
§5. Final provisions
1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
2. The Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website and can be downloaded in electronic form.
